Summer 2018 Makeup Wishlist

June 25, 2018

I haven't done a single makeup post since starting this new blog yet! I can't even believe it. For those of you that used to read my old blog, or if you follow me on any social media you will know that I'm absolutely makeup obsessed. I haven't created a makeup wishlist in so bloody long so here I am giving you a LONG ol' list of all the makeup that I wish I could buy!

I have actually decided to construct a list of makeup that would create a full beat face! I have chosen to do it this way so that I could cut the list down to only 12 products rather than the 1 million products I actually want.

So let's get into it...

Glam Glow Glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer - Pearl Glow

Ever since I saw atleeeey use this product on youtube I knew I needed it. I love the dewy skin look, matte skin is actually my worse nightmare on me personally. As soon as I saw the radiance this give you I was like I need this product in my life. I especially love the fact its a moisturizer because I have skin drier than the Sahara desert at times so I love a night moisturizer. This is currently sold on the Glam Glow website, they also sell Glam Glow at Boots in the UK and it's £36.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow - Taupe

I've probably wanted this product for well over a year now but never bit the bullet and actually got it. I love brow pomades and everyone knows this is the queen of the pomade world so I want it! All ABH products are sold on the Beauty Bay website and this is only £19, which many people will say is pricey for a brow product but let's be honest, they're the most important part of your face!

Revolution Fast Base Stick Foundation - F2

I've been wanting to try out stick foundations for a while now and when I saw revolution was coming out with one I was instantly buzzing. They have been a favourite brand of mine since they first started. I've seen many good reviews on this product so I intend on adding it to my collection once I arrive back in the UK. You can buy this on their website for an amazing £5 and they have 18 different shades!

Tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer - Fair

Everyone in the whole makeup industry knows that this is the almighty concealer. The concealer of all concealers. It's full coverage, creaseless and god damn amazing! I've wanted to add this to my collection for a long time now. I recently bought the Urban Decay All Nighter Concealer so I would love to test the comparisons between the two. Shape Tape can be purchased on the Tarte website and it is £22.

Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette

There has been a lot of hate around Kat Von D lately I am aware of this but I honestly don't care. This woman creates some damn near perfect makeup and that's all I care about. I desperately need a new contour kit and this one is calling my name. The more I see it the more I want it, the packaging is perfect and the formula is beautiful. Obviously being a high end brand it's more on the pricey side costing £37 but contour kits legit last forever so when you think of it that way it's not so bad right? Kat Von D products can now be purchased at Debenhams which is nice and convenient for us Brits

Ofra Glow Baby Glow! Highlighter - Glazed Donut

Ofra highlighters are all genuinely stunning, they look as if they melt in the skin leaving you with a blinding radiant glow. Glazed Donut is a beautiful pearl shade and I just think it will look gorgeous on my skin tone so I need this in my collection like right this second. This can be purchased on Beauty Bay for £25.

Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Vault

OH. MY. GOD. I need this right now! When I heard Morphe were doing another collaboration with Jaclyn I was so excited because her last palette is bomb. This vault is amazing in my opinion you can get 4 palettes as the vault or you can buy them separately, but me being me of course I want the whole vault. I just love how each palette is laid out, the fact their colour coordinated just really makes me feel some kinda way. They obviously had to push their release date of this back just recently because of a few problems with some of the formulas so I'm unaware of how much this will be in the UK but I'm more than sure it's around the £40-£50 price point. Which let's just say is AMAZING for 4 palettes, and it will most probably be stocked on Beauty Bay since they sell all Morphe products and stocked the Jaclyn Hill palette also.

Kat Von D Tattoo Liner - Trooper

I love pen eyeliners, I don't even think I'd be able to use a liquid eyeliner anymore if you gave me one. They're just so convenient and easy to use that I can't turn back. This liner in particular is like the blackest black eyeliner you can ever see, it doesn't fade, crack or any of that bad stuff like some liners do and because of that it's in the wishlist. This is avaliable in Debenhams and is only £16 which is incredible for a high end product!

Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes 4-in-1 Mascara

This mascara is supposed to be the "push up bra for your lashes" and from the amount of youtubers I've seen use this product I can actually agree. My lashes are so short that I need to test out this mascara to see if it can live up to it's expectations. This can be found on the Tarte website for £21.

Lilly Lashes Faux Mink Lashes - Miami

I see everyone rave about how good these eyelashes are so I really want to try them out myself and Miami is my favourite style of them all. They can be found on the Beauty Bay website for £30, which is expensive for eyelashes but apparently they're supposed to be real good so.

Too Faced Melted Matte - Child Star

I genuinely feel like even though these lipsticks are matte they still make peoples lips look glossy and just all round nice, I find it very hard to explain but for those of you that have seen people apply this I hope you know what I mean and don't all think I'm crazy. I just love this shade its that perfect pinky, peachy nude that every girl needs in their collection. Child Star can be purchased at Cult Beauty for only £19

Morphe Continuous Setting Mist

I just love Morphe products, I can't think of anyone who doesn't. It's affordable but you get high end quality products. I really need this setting mist in my life, I love the way this is in an aerosol can. I always hate the wetness after using a wet setting spray hence why if you've seen my videos you will know that I usually press my setting sprays in. I need this just so I don't have to do that step. It's also only £15 which is amazing and again can be found on Beauty Bay like every other Morphe product.

If you made it this far then congratulations you're a star! Anyway I hope you enjoyed this little insight to all the makeup I wish I could buy this summer. Almost 100% of this items on this list I cant actually buy until I'm back home in the UK so for those of you who don't know what to get me for my birthday or Christmas when I'm back home then *ahem clears throat* now you know!
